Les comptes étant inactifs ou affichant une activité minime peuvent aboutir à l’identification du compte comme étant faux. Forums ou Pages « Obtenir des Votes pour le Concours » : Le Promoteur surveille les forums/pages populaires qu’il a identifiés et considérés comme étant faux. Si vous avez connaissance d’un forum/page qui est dédié à l’obtention de votes pour les concours, veuillez nous en informer à support@tunespeak.com et nous nous efforcerons de le surveiller à la recherche de toute fausse activité Tunespeak. Si vous suspectez qu’un membre de Tunespeak viole les processus d’obtention des bons, veuillez nous en informer à support@tunespeak.com avec les informations détaillées au minimum 24 heures avant la fin du concours publicitaire/loterie/tombola Tunespeak auquel il/elle participe et nous nous efforcerons de vérifier l’authenticité de son activité. Tunespeak ne peut répondre directement aux demandes relatives aux suspicions de comportements frauduleux après 24 heures suivant la fin d’un concours publicitaire/loterie/tombola, ni à aucune demande après la fin d’un concours publicitaire/loterie/tombola.
Toute autre tentative de participation est nulle. Les participations en ligne doivent être reçues et enregistrées par l’ordinateur du Promoteur durant la Période du Concours. Le Promoteur dégage toute responsabilité concernant les participations ou courriers perdus, tardifs, illisibles, incomplets, volés, non affranchis, abimés, non délivrés ou envoyés à la mauvaise adresse. Les participations par personne/adresse de courrier électronique/compte par jour sont illimitées, indépendamment du mode de participation (sauf dans la mesure où les modes de participation individuelle ont les limitations susmentionnées). Les participants en ligne doivent avoir une adresse de courrier électronique valide.
Les prix remportés par un participant admissible mineur dans son pays de résidence seront attribués au parent ou tuteur légal du mineur qui doit signer et retourner tous les documents requis. ARV total de tous les prix : $625 USD/$891,20 CAD/£472,57 GBP/€555,44 EUR. Si un gagnant ne peut accepter le prix comme indiqué, le prix sera annulé et attribué à un gagnant alternatif sélectionné de la même manière que le gagnant original. Aucun remplacement, remboursement en espèces ou transfert du prix n’est autorisé.
