This Privacy Policy applies to the sites where it appears.

This Policy describes how we treat personal information on the websites where it is located. This includes www.tunespeak.com.

For the purposes of European data protection laws, the controller is Tunespeak, LLC.

Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages which are not marketing messages. These include responses to your questions. If you sign up for an artist’s mailing list as part of a promotion, follow the directions in an email from the artist or contact the artist to unsubscribe.

Your California privacy rights.

If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, please send us an email, or write to us at the address listed below. Indicate in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light” inquiry.

These sites are not intended for children.

Our sites are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We process and store information in the United States.

Information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy is transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other destinations outside of the UK and European Economic Area (“EEA”). The laws of the United States do not afford the same protection as those of the UK and EEA. Your information may be processed by personnel operating in these locations who work for us or one of our business partners. How long we hold your information for.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data from Tunespeak, including Meta Platform Data for users who logged in with Facebook, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Tunespeak account.
  2. Go to "Settings": Select the "Settings" option from the main menu.
  3. Navigate to the "Account" tab: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Select "Delete Account": Click "Delete" in the "Delete Account" option under "Danger Zone."
  5. Submit the form: Fill out and submit the account deletion form.

Once submitted, your data will be immediately restricted and will be completely purged from Tunespeak within 30 days. For further assistance, contact our support team at support@tunespeak.com.

YouTube and Google

By using the website you acknowledge that the Tunespeak website uses the YouTube API services. By using those services you also acknowledge and agree to the connected use of the Google Privacy Policy which can be found through the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
