Si usted es residente en EE.UU. se aplicará la legislación del Estado de Missouri (EE.UU.), sin dar efecto a las reglas de conflicto de leyes de la misma, y cualquier asunto o procedimiento que no esté sujeto a arbitraje como se establece en el Apartado 8 de estas Reglas Oficiales, y/o para registrar cualquier decisión sobre un laudo arbitral, se llevará a cabo en St. Louis, Missouri.
